Issue of invoice for tickets purchased on Italian border

To request an invoice of crossings or multi-crossing cards purchased at the Italian border, download and complete the form below. Send the completed and signed form with the receipts for the crossings to be invoiced to SITRASBS.p.A. - by post or email.

When applying for an invoice via email you must scan the receipts in PDF format and ensure that the relative code is clearly legible.

Invoices are generally dispatched at the end of the month. Invoices are VAT exempt as provided by Law 81 dated 13th May 2010.
