SITRASB S.p.A. - TGSB SA - SISEX SA | ALL THE TUNNEL OPERATING COMPANIES

In accordance with Directive 2004/54/CE, since 1st July 2010, SISEX SA (Société italo-suisse d’exploitation du Tunnel du Grand-Saint-Bernard) has acted as sole tunnel operator, holding responsibility for the safety, management and maintenance of the tunnel. SISEX SA is owned in equal parts by the two concessionary companies: the southern half by SITRASB S.p.A. (Società Italiana Traforo del Gran San Bernardo) and the northern half by TGSB SA (Tunnel du Grand-Saint-Bernard SA). SISEX SA plays a largely commercial role (Marketing) and administers the division of revenue between the two concessionary companies. It also deals with matters pertaining to prices and special offers.
